The Earth Observation Research Cluster (EORC) is already conducting research on and around the highest mountain of Germany, Zugspitze and from next year our University will also be formally affiliated with the research station at Zugspitze (UFS). We are very much looking forward to be part of the fantastic alpine research group at UFS and we will continue with our Earth Observation research, especially using UAS/UAS/drones. Collaborations with colleagues from geography, biology and informatics are already discussed and more details will be posted here in the near future.
