The below animation shows a spatiotemporal pattern of winter wheat ‘s biomass growth in Demmin, Germany 2015, using a Light Use Efficiency model with STARFM data. Frames were created with ggplot2, and joined and animated using moveVis by @schwalbwillmann. The respective code is mentioned on my Github account.
