We are very happy to announce that Prof. Dr. Hannes Taubenböck is now holding the chair of “Global Urbanization and Remote Sensing” and Prof. Dr. Tobias Ullmann has been appointed the professorship “Remote Sensing in Geography” (right, see picture). Jointly with Prof. Dr. Stefan Dech, holder of the “Remote Sensing” chair and Prof. Dr. Claudia Künzer holding the professorship “Landsurface dynamics”, we form now The Earth Observation Research Hub at the University of Würzburg in close collaboration with the German Aerospace Center (DLR).
