On Monday, July 17th, Maninder Singh Dhillon will defend his doctoral thesis, “Potential of Remote Sensing in Modeling Long-Term Crop Yields”, at the University of Würzburg.
The disputation will take place at 4 p.m. in Lecture Hall 00.006 (ground floor) Graduate School Building, Beatrice-Edgell-Weg 21 Hubland Nord. In his work, Maninder has dealt with various question, i.e., how can remote sensing provide valuable information combined with crop growth models for yield assessment of winter wheat and oil seed rape by monitoring their development, detecting changes, and assessing the impact of climate elements on yields of Bavaria, Germany?
We cordially invite you to come to the public disputation.
