We are very glad to announce the launch of our new Earth Observation Reseach Hub at the University of Würzburg. This hub is a joint initiative of the Department of Remote Sensing, lead by Prof Stefan Dech and the new Department of Urban Remote Sensing by Prof. Hannes Taubenböck. The Hub also includes our new appointed professor Tobias Ullmann and Prof. Claudia Künzer.

Our EO Hub at JMU aims to strengthen the earth observation research and training even more at our University and we are very much looking forward to the next years with new topics and staff members related to remote sensing research.
