Invited presentation at the German Geoforum

November 8, 2024

On 7 November 2024, the 12th German Geoforum took place in Berlin under the motto “Risks – Responsibility – Security” ( https://ddgi.de/geoforum/ ).

Our professor Hannes Taubenböck was invited to give a presentation. His presentation entitled “Global change in uncertain times” focused on the unstable world situation due to flight and migration. He showed what multi-sensoral remote sensing in combination with other geodata can contribute to assess situations and to provide better information for decision-making.
