Successful Completion of UNIversInternational Certificate

m

July 8, 2025

In line with its internationalization strategy, the University of Würzburg supports administrative staff in their task of advising and supporting international students, guests, and academics. To this end, it has launched the “UNIversInternational” certificate program.

One of the ten graduates that have recently completed the program is our EORC foreign language assistant Sabine Oppmann (fifth from left). University Chancellor Uwe Klug presented her with her certificate on 3 July 2025 at the International Evening at the Hubland Sports Center.

Among other things the program involved two seminars on intercultural competence and the participation in an international staff week “Dealing with International Communities” at PSL University in Paris, which gave her valuable insights and the possibility to exchange with colleagues from all over Europe working  in the same field.
