Welcome to guest scientist Valentin Ouedraogo from the WASCAL doctoral studies programme

A warm welcome at the Department of Remote Sensing to guest scientist Valentin Ouedraogo from the WASCAL Doctoral Studies Programme.

Valentin is working on his doctoral theses in the field of Climate Change and Human Habitat at the Federal University of Minna Nigeria with a focus on the impacts of settlement dynamics on urban land surface temperature and mitigation strategies in his home country Burkina Faso.

We wish him a successful and effective research stay at our department.
