Life in Science: voices from Würzburg & Mwanza

May 26, 2026

Last winter semester, our EAGLE students, together with students from Museum Studies and ERASMUS+, worked intensively in a dedicated course to develop and curate the exhibition “Stories from Two Cities – Living with Science!” . Their work brings together perspectives, research, and creative contributions that now form the heart of this project in the frame of celebrating six decades of city partnership between Mwanza and Würzburg.

The exhibition will now be shown at the Würzburg City Hall from June 2 to June 30, 2026 showcases shared experiences, collaborations, and perspectives from both cities. Discover how science, culture, and everyday life have shaped this unique international connection.

📍 Location: City Hall Würzburg (Rathaus), Upper Foyer (1st floor), Rückermainstraße 2
🕒 Opening hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00–18:00, Friday 8:00–13:00

We warmly invite everyone to explore the stories behind this long-standing partnership and celebrate together!
