New EAGLEs take off into the Winter Term 2025/26

October 13, 2025

As in previous years, the next generation of EAGLE Master’s students from around the world gathered at the Earth Observation Research Center (EORC) on the first day of the winter term to begin their studies at the University of Würzburg. Prof. Dr. Tobias Ullmann warmly welcomed the new cohort and introduced them to the diverse research projects underway at the Department of Remote Sensing.

The students also received an overview of the courses and seminars awaiting them throughout their studies. To help them settle in, second-year EAGLE students welcomed the newcomers, offering guided tours of the EORC facilities and the Hubland campus.
