Thorsten Höser defended successfully his PhD on “Globale Dynamiken des Offshore Windenergie-Sektors abgeleitet aus Fernerkundungsdaten.” We congratulate him very much on his earth observation research on offshore wind farm analysis. He was supervised by Claudia Künzer and Tobias Ullmann from our department.
