from the abtract: In the highly regulated aerospace industry, efficient data governance is critical for maintaining operational speed and adhering to strict international regulations. This presentation explores how Engineering at Airbus Helicopters is leveraging Data Science and Automation to evolve compliance processes. A central feature of the talk will be a deep dive into the “A.I. Doc Classifier,” a project utilizing Machine Learning and NLP to streamline Export Control decisions. Additionally, I will share my personal career journey from this Master’s programme to becoming part of Airbus Helicopters, highlighting current opportunities for students to innovate and apply their data science skills within the aviation industry.
