December 16, 2025

As the year draws to a close, we would like to also share the warm season’s greetings from the University of Würzburg to our partners and friends beyond the university.
The past months have been marked by commitment, collaboration, and a shared dedication to academic excellence throughout the University. Many contributions across all disciplines continue to shape our vibrant university community.
Looking ahead to the coming year, we do so with great anticipation. The ongoing proposal within the Excellence Strategy opens up exciting perspectives for the University of Würzburg. It reflects both the strength of our research environment and the collective ambition to further develop and expand it. We are very much looking forward to what lies ahead and are happy to be part of this dynamic and forward-looking process.
With optimism for the year to come, we like to share the University Wuerzburg best wishes to everyone for a restful holiday season and a successful, inspiring start to the new year.
