Xmas sweet tasting event

December 5, 2023

Our PostDocs organised a Xmas season tasting event with more than 10 different typical German sweets usually served in the pre-mas season.
Various dishes were prepared by them or ordered from the place of origin eg lebkuchen, aachener printen or stollen from eg nuernberg or dresden. Quite a variety of sweets and each of them was introduced by Michael or Sarah so that all our employees especially the non-german colleagues get to know the history of each sweet.
Of course all accompanied by gluehwein or punch ….
