Next week’s the big one. Twenty five years of EORC and ten years of EAGLE, all in one event, and we’re expecting around 250 people through the door.
Sabine Oppmann’s been leading the prep meetings, and we’ve split things into clear teams: setup, catering, AV and talks, speaker welcome, cleanup. Everyone knows their piece and when it needs to happen.
Weather’s the wildcard, so we’ve got a rain plan built in, tents on standby and an indoor fallback if needed. The talks themselves will look back at where we started and where we’re headed, and someone’s on hand all day just to welcome speakers and guests as they arrive.
Cleanup’s sorted too, so Monday doesn’t turn into a mess.
We can’t wait to see everyone next week. Twenty five plus ten years deserves a proper celebration.
